Aquarius Engines Launches EV Charging Pilot with EnviroCharge

Aquarius Engines’ newest foray into the US market, the signing of an MOU with EnviroCharge, underscores the company’s expanding position in the EV charging industry.

Aquarius will incorporate its cutting-edge solutions into the infrastructure of one of the biggest vehicle rental firms in the US by working with EnviroCharge, a business that specializes in the construction and operation of EV charging stations. In 2025, the pilot is scheduled to start.

The project demonstrates the possibility of long-term business partnerships. Since the EV market is seeing an increase in demand for sustainable energy solutions, Aquarius expects significant orders for its systems in 2026 and 2027 if it is successful.

Gal Friedman, CEO of Aquarius Engines, highlights the project’s transformative nature, “We are proud to collaborate with one of the largest and leading car rental companies in the world on this groundbreaking project.

The partnership with EnviroCharge marks two successes for Aquarius: obtaining funding for the pilot and cultivating alliances with well-known businesses interested in utilizing its technology. Subject to the successful completion of the pilot, the 18-month MoU establishes the foundation for further cooperation.

“The dual achievement we are reporting today is both the payment we will receive for conducting the pilot and the type of companies we are collaborating with, companies that are planning to jointly examine and implement our system,” Gal says, emphasizing the milestone’s importance.

Innovative solutions like Aquarius’ grid-independent, ultra-fast charging systems are crucial for supporting fleet management and infrastructure as the EV market grows.
