In an effort to strengthen its human capital and leadership talent pool, Avaada Group a leading clean energy conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Misha Bisht as the Head Talent Management. With an experience of over 18 years, Bisht will join the organization to lead talent initiatives across the enterprise as Avaada Group continues to execute its aggressive plans in the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors.
Strengthening the Leadership Pipeline
In her new role, Bisht is responsible for aligning people capabilities with the rapid growth and sustainability aspirations of Avaada. Her role includes creating high-performance organizational cultures and enhancing the leadership architecture within the organization.
As a strategic talent leader, Bisht has a specialized skill set to offer to the group. Her skill set includes Learning and Organizational Development (L&D), Career and Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). These programs are at the heart of Avaada’s vision of building a future-ready workforce as it moves towards an integrated energy model of “sand to molecule.”
A Distinguished Professional Journey
Before moving to Avaada Group, Bisht was General Manager – Talent Management, Learning & Development at Jakson Group. During her time at Jakson Group, she played an important role in creating strong talent frameworks and leadership initiatives. Her work experience also includes:
- Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited: More than seven years of experience in handling various HR roles, emphasizing organizational capability and performance.
- UFLEX Group: Where she has started her career, acquiring basic knowledge in core HR operations.
Academic and Strategic Foundation
Bisht is an alumna of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), which provides her with a strong academic background in human resource management.
“Her appointment reinforces Avaada Group’s focus on building future-ready leaders and a sustainable, high-performance culture,” the company noted in its official communication.
With Avaada Group aiming for an addition of almost 10,000 employees in the next three years, Bisht’s role in the company will be critical in helping the company acquire the best talent needed to reach the group’s target of 30 GW capacity by 2030.
