AXITEC Energy India Pvt. Ltd., a global manufacturer of high-performance solar PV modules, has successfully commissioned a 580 kW rooftop solar photovoltaic installation at Umiyaji Stone Crusher in Nashik, Maharashtra. The project underscores AXITEC’s commitment to providing efficient, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions for energy-intensive industrial operations, supporting India’s growing renewable energy targets.
The solar plant will generate approximately 742,400 kWh of clean electricity annually, helping the stone crushing facility reduce its reliance on grid electricity while avoiding around 609 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.
Project Execution and Technical Details
The project was executed by Polaris Renewable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which served as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partner. AXITEC supplied its high-performance mono PERC solar modules, working closely with Polaris to ensure optimal system design, efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
Stone crushing operations are among the most power-intensive industrial activities. The installation delivers measurable value beyond environmental benefits, including lower operational energy costs, improved energy reliability, and enhanced long-term business resilience.
