The leading battery recycling materials and management firm, Cirba Solutions, has announced that Angie Stoskopf has been appointed Vice President, People & Talent, with immediate effect.
With over 20 years of experience and a solid foundation in every facet of the function’s operations, she is well-versed in creating and implementing a range of human resource strategies to aid in the organizational expansion of Cirba Solutions. Since 2023, Angie has worked at Cirba Solutions.
Her broad experience in both the public and commercial sectors includes her advocacy for the international corporation DS Smith, where she oversaw the management and assessment of the South Carolina Human Resources department. She managed several facets of the company’s human resources strategy for over 15 years while working for the publicly traded CPI Card Group.

As Cirba Solutions’ Vice President, People & Talent, Stoskopf joins the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing varying aspects of the business, including
- Development of the company’s talent to enhance Cirba Solutions’ organizational capabilities and structure.
- Managing and spearheading the successful implementation of impactful HR processes and policies.
