Amy Lloyd has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of EDF Power Solutions North America. Amy is an invaluable member of the executive team as the firm pursues its mission to promote sustainable energy solutions throughout North America. She has strong experience in finance, investing, and infrastructure.
Amy has worked in important leadership positions in multinational corporations like Barclays, Citigroup Capital Markets, and ACS Infrastructure Development for more than 20 years. Her broad experience includes planning and implementing large-scale structured projects in energy, real estate, and infrastructure, with an emphasis on finance for green energy and climate change. Notably, she has helped raise more than $25 billion in private finance for more than 20 major infrastructure projects throughout the world, as well as providing advice and loans.
She spearheaded strategic equity and finance initiatives and deployed over $5 billion in equity and debt capital throughout the U.S. and Canadian infrastructure sectors while serving as Chief Financial Officer & Head of Finance at ACS Infrastructure Development before joining Barclays.

Amy graduated from Macquarie University with a Master of Applied Finance and the University of Wollongong in Australia with two bachelor’s degrees in politics and mathematics. Her international background in Australia, North America, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East further strengthens her capacity to forge strategic alliances and negotiate challenging financial environments.
