Euler Motors Launches Turbo EV 1000: India’s First 1-Tonne Electric Mini Truck

Euler Motors, a prominent name in India’s electric commercial vehicle (eCV) industry, has launched the Turbo EV 1000, a groundbreaking 1-tonne 4-wheeler electric mini truck with an ex-showroom starting price of ₹5.99 lakh. Designed to deliver a balance of performance and affordability, the Turbo EV 1000 is the world’s first EV mini truck that offers annual savings of up to ₹1.15 lakh compared to traditional diesel vehicles.

Specifically tailored for India’s urban logistics ecosystem, the Turbo EV 1000 fills a crucial gap in the market by offering driver-entrepreneurs and small fleet operators a cost-efficient, eco-friendly alternative to diesel-powered trucks. With a real-world range of 140–170 km, 140 Nm torque, and 230 mm disc brakes on an R13 wheelbase, it is one of the top-performing vehicles in its class.

The vehicle also features CCS2 fast-charging capabilities, offering up to 50 km of range in just 15 minutes using standard public charging infrastructure. With nine segment-first innovations, including advanced drivetrain and safety features, the Turbo EV 1000 ensures maximum productivity for city-based deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety, speed, and payload capacity.

Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, shared his thoughts on the launch: “The launch of Turbo EV 1000 marks a milestone in India’s EV journey. By combining engineering innovation with practical solutions for India’s logistics industry, we deliver a segment-first combination of performance and affordability. With evolving transport policies, GST reforms, and growing EV infrastructure, the Turbo EV 1000 arrives at a pivotal time to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility in India. This vehicle is poised to significantly increase EV penetration in the 4W commercial segment, currently at just 2%.”

The Turbo EV 1000 comes in three variants:

  • CITY – ₹5,99,999
  • MAXX – ₹7,19,999
  • FAST CHARGE – ₹8,19,999

Flexible finance options are available, with EMIs starting at ₹10,000/month and a down payment as low as ₹49,999.

Further emphasizing the company’s vision, Saurav Kumar added, “The Turbo EV 1000 meets long-term environmental goals without compromising short-term business needs. It sets a global benchmark in the 1-tonne segment and reinforces India’s position on the global EV manufacturing map.”

This launch builds on the success of Euler’s Storm EV, the brand’s first 4W commercial vehicle, further expanding its portfolio in the rapidly growing electric mobility sector in India. With the Turbo EV 1000, Euler Motors aims to revolutionize urban transportation by offering zero-emission, high-performance, and affordable solutions tailored for India’s evolving logistics needs.
