In a significant step toward improving student health and learning conditions, FIMER has installed a 1,000-litre RO water filtration system at BMV Nursery, Primary & High School in Bhaktarahalli, Karnataka. The school is managed by BMV Education Trust. The installation ensures access to safe drinking water for the first time in the institution’s four-decade history.
For nearly 40 years, students did not have direct access to purified drinking water on campus. Identifying this urgent requirement, FIMER funded the complete project, including civil works and installation, with a total CSR investment of ₹6.2 lakh. The initiative aims to improve hygiene standards, strengthen rural education infrastructure and support the daily well-being of both students and staff.
