Engineering and solar EPC firm GHV Infra Projects Ltd has won a rooftop solar EPC order worth INR 123 crore, marking a significant addition to its renewable energy project lineup. The contract encompasses the design, supply, and installation of multiple rooftop solar systems across commercial and industrial sites, strengthening GHV Infra Projects’ presence in India’s fast-growing solar market.
Under the contract, GHV Infra Projects will deliver 28.83 MWp rooftop solar capacity, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. The company’s strong track record in executing solar power projects played a key role in securing the order.
Execution and Growth in Rooftop Solar
Speaking on the achievement, a company spokesperson said, “We are delighted to secure the INR 123 crore rooftop solar EPC order, which reflects our expertise in executing large-scale renewable energy projects.”
The project is expected to be completed within the timelines agreed with the client, aligning with national goals to expand solar energy deployment at the rooftop level.
The EPC contract awarded to GHV Infra Projects focuses on grid-connected rooftop solar installations that enable commercial and industrial customers to generate clean electricity onsite, reduce energy costs, and lower carbon emissions. Rooftop solar systems are increasingly popular in India due to supportive government policies and business incentives aimed at accelerating renewable energy adoption.
Supporting India’s Clean Energy Targets
The rooftop solar EPC order win underscores GHV Infra Projects’ commitment to contributing to India’s clean energy transition. The company has been actively involved in multiple renewable energy initiatives, including solar and wind project implementation, as part of its efforts to support the country’s goal of expanding clean power capacity.
Industry analysts say that rooftop solar installations are gaining momentum nationwide, driven by demand from corporate and industrial segments looking to reduce energy expenses and meet sustainability targets. The Government of India has also introduced initiatives such as net-metering, capital subsidies, and favorable financing options to promote rooftop solar growth.
A senior GHV Infra Projects official added, “This order win demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality EPC solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.”
The company continues to explore new opportunities in the rooftop solar segment and other renewable energy domains to expand its project portfolio and contribute to India’s sustainable energy landscape.
