In honor of its steadfast dedication to workplace safety and health excellence, Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd has been granted the esteemed Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety Award 2025 by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India.
Following a thorough three-tier evaluation procedure, only 273 organizations were selected from a total of 573 nominations. Himadri exceeded the 80% threshold needed to be eligible for this prestigious award thanks to its constant performance in occupational health and safety and its commitment to international safety standards.
At the 26th International Conference on Environment Management and Climate Change, which took place at The Lalit Ashok in Bengaluru on June 26, 2025, the prize was given out at a special ceremony. Chief Guest was Mr. H. D. Kumaraswamy, Hon. Union Cabinet Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel, Government of India.
