Jinko ESS has signed a contract with Filkab to implement a dual-track energy storage strategy aimed at mitigating grid fluctuations.

Jinko ESS, a global leading energy storage company, has signed a contract with Filkab, a leading Bulgarian energy solutions provider, to implement a dual-track energy storage strategy aimed at mitigating grid fluctuations while improving energy reliability and integration of renewables in Bulgaria. The agreement covers the supply of Jinko ESS G2 for utility-scale energy storage systems and SunGiga solutions tailored for commercial & industrial (C&I) applications.

“This dual deployment strategy empowers Filkab to deliver tailored energy storage solutions to a wide range of customers — from grid operators to commercial and industrial users. Filkab’s dedication to driving the green transition through innovation aligns seamlessly with our mission: to take responsibility for a sustainable future by delivering comprehensive clean energy solutions. We are excited to join forces with a partner who shares our values and vision for a sustainable future and to optimize grid efficiency and support business needs.”

– Roberto Murgioni, General Manager of ESS Europe at Jinko ESS.

“Partnering with Jinko ESS allows us to scale our clean energy impact across Bulgaria with proven, bankable storage technologies. With the flexibility of Jinko ESS G2 for grid-scale applications and SunGiga for our C&I clients, we’re unlocking new value streams while supporting grid stability and decarbonization. This collaboration marks a milestone in our journey to deliver next-generation energy infrastructure to the region.”

– Slav Landov, General Manager of Filkab.
