Montra Electric Launches All-New Super Auto in India

Montra Electric, the clean mobility brand from the Murugappa Group, has introduced the all-new Super Auto—an upgraded version of its popular electric passenger three-wheeler. Designed for enhanced performance, comfort, and safety, the new model launches alongside the brand’s heartfelt campaign, ‘Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se,’ a tribute to the hard-working auto driver community of India.

As part of its endeavors to provide future-ready electric mobility, Montra Electric provides the upgraded Super Auto at 379,500 excise, post-subsidy. The car combines high functionality and enhanced comfort, which sustains the leadership of Montra Electric in the booming electric three-wheeler segment.

Improved Daily Urban Driving Features

The LED headlamps are powerful in the new Super Auto to enhance visibility and safety during the night and that too in narrow lanes of the city. Radial tires remove the need for a tube, thereby giving the tire a better grip and stability and reducing maintenance costs, and also, an enhanced suspension system will also make the ride on the city roads much more comfortable.

The design and ergonomics of the Super Auto have been painstakingly developed based on the hundreds of customer comments concerning the need to take comfort level on board the car. It also introduces the in-house innovation of the brand, the One Montra Electric (1M) connected software platform that provides real-time car diagnostics and access to local charging systems as well as digital performance data—all through an easy-to-use interface.

A Track Record of Good performance and a wide network of services

The Super Auto has a proven 160 km on a single charge and offers a robust 3S (Sales, Service, Spares) network established by Montra electric that is dispersed in an excess of 120 Indian markets. Montra Electric has a fleet size of more than 13,000 already in operation, and as such, it is still the leading choice in terms of performance and reliability as well as affordability and hence a trusted option for a single user and fleet operators.

A Tribute to India’s Drivers

The naming of the campaign, Montra Electric, is a tribute to the never-ending work of the auto drivers of India, their pride, their sources of strength and their contribution towards sustainable urban movement. The campaign is titled Aap Ke Liye—Izzat Se.

Deependra Sharma, CEO (Designate), Montra Electric Last Mile (TI Clean Mobility), said:

“Every new product at Montra Electric is designed to make electric mobility more efficient, reliable, and valuable for drivers. The All-New Super Auto represents our commitment to comfort, safety, and durability, while keeping affordability intact. Our campaign ‘Aap Ke Liye – Izzat Se’ is a heartfelt message to the driver community—they are our true brand ambassadors, carrying our promise of safety, reliability, and respect on every journey.”

Fashionable Choices for Every Motorist

The new Super Auto comes in white, blue and green color options, but more impressive is the Black Edition, which has sporty decals and a bold design. The combination of style, functionality, and engineering standards makes the model even stronger in adding to the transformation of the Indian electric last-mile mobility environment provided by Montra Electric.

The new launch Montra Electric repeats its promise of innovation, accessibility, and respect to bring clean and reliable electric mobility to every driver in the country.
