Adam Turner has been appointed Senior Vice President, Manufacturing by Cirba Solutions, the leading battery recycling materials and management firm, with immediate effect. Turner joins Cirba Solutions with nearly 30 years of varied operational expertise in manufacturing, processing, logistics, and warehousing. He has demonstrated success leading big teams across several locations for well-known companies worldwide. Since 2023, Adam has worked for Cirba Solutions.
Turner had a remarkable 25-year career with General Motors (GM), holding a number of senior positions with increasing responsibility before joining Cirba Solutions. Prior to joining Cirba Solutions, he was in charge of GM’s flagship Customer Care and Aftersales plant, where he oversaw 1,400 workers and approximately $200 million in inventory while continuously boosting output year after year. He has ten years of experience overseeing five different sites and has a great deal of knowledge about supply chains and operations.

As Cirba Solutions’ Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, Turner will join the Executive Leadership Team and take on full leadership of the Operations function, including:
- Optimizing and strengthening operational performance and growth.
- Supporting Cirba Solutions’ manufacturing expansions.
- Enhancing the company’s commercial-scale operations of processing end-of-life batteries to strengthen the domestic critical minerals supply chain.
