    Oben Electric Launches Next-Gen Smart Commuter Bike Rorr EZ Sigma at ₹1.27 Lakh

    Oben Electric launches the smart, affordable Rorr EZ Sigma commuter bike with advanced features and dual battery options, starting at ₹1.27 lakh.

    Oben Electric, an R&D driven, indigenous electric motorcycle start-up, has launched its next-gen smart electric commuter bike, the Rorr EZ Sigma, at an introductory price of 1.27 lakh rupees ex-showroom (Mumbai) for the 3.4 kWh model. The new model is introduced as the eminent development of the well-proven Rorr EZ model that has enhanced hardware and software features that fully cater to the needs of lovely half-urban riders.

    The Rorr EZ Sigma is engineered exclusively for Indian roads and incorporates innovation, functionality, and design. Among the new features of the device, there is Reverse Mode that can simplify operations in tight urban conditions and a new 5-inch TFT color display with integrated navigation, trip meter and real-time alert to incoming calls, messages and music. It also has an overhauled ergonomic seat design, aggressive graphics and a new Electric Red color scheme in addition to its current offerings in Photon White, Electro Amber and Surge Cyan color schemes and a universal luggage rack.

    • Two-Battery Choices and Costs
    • The Rorr EZ Sigma has two versions of their batteries:
    • The 3.4 kWh variant will cost 1.27 lakh.
    • The 4.4 kWh model will cost 1.37 lakh

    These are promotional prices, which will go up to 1.47 lakhs and 1.55 lakhs, respectively, once the limited time is over. To ensure high-end electric mobility impacts more consumers, EMI options are available as cheap as 2,999 to facilitate affordability among people.

    Using its own native LFP battery technology, the Rorr EZ Sigma has 50 percent increased thermal resistance, twice the lifecycle, and is capable of performing flexibly in climatic conditions throughout India. The two variants give a top speed of 95 km/h and produce class-leading torque of 52 Nm that attains 0 to 40 km/h within 3.3 seconds. Its three riding modes (Eco and City with an approved IDC range of 175 km and Havoc) make the bike adaptable to changing urban riding needs. Quick charge provides the battery with 80 percent in an hour and a half.

    Smart Mobility, Connected Features

    Every purchaser of the Rorr EZ Sigma will get a one-year free subscription to the upgraded Oben Electric App, which encompasses:

    • Find My Rorr is based on GPS
    • Geo-fencing and wise mugging security
    • Smart alerting and remotely-based diagnostics
    • More than 68,000 charging station locators
    • Anti-theft led in remote lock-unlocking mode

    Built for Indian Conditions

    Built on the sturdy indigenous ARX frame, the Rorr EZ Sigma offers:

    • 200 mm ground clearance
    • 7-step adjustable rear mono-shock
    • Unified Brake Assist (UBA) for precise braking
    • Driver Alert System (DAS) to enhance rider safety
    • 130/70-17 wide tires for improved grip and control
    • 230 mm water wading capability for monsoon resilience
    • Battery theft lock and patented vandalism protection

    Availability and Booking

    Bookings are now open for a nominal fee of ₹2,999, with test rides available at all Oben showrooms across India. Deliveries will start from August 15, 2025. The motorcycle can also be purchased via Amazon, expanding its reach through e-commerce.

    To create long-term value, Oben has provided a Battery Protect 8/80 Plan a 8-year or 80,000 km battery warranty offered at the cost of 9,999 which is transferable and with this, the customers can enjoy resale of the product.
