Pace Digitek Limited has announced a significant business achievement, with its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, securing an order worth ₹1,994.20 million from Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Construction. The order, placed on November 24, 2025, is for supplying advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to the Bihar State Power Generation Company Limited’s Kajra project.
As per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI’s Listing Regulations, the contract involves the supply of LiFePO₄-based liquid-cooled BESS integrated containers, totaling a capacity of 275,825 kWh across 55 units. This represents one of the larger BESS installations for the state’s forthcoming power infrastructure.
The order is issued by a domestic entity, and the scope of the contract is product supply-oriented only. Pace Digitek has confirmed that no promoters or related parties are involved in this transaction, ensuring a fully arm’s-length deal.
Manufacturing approval for the project is expected by December 2025, with the complete delivery of the units slated for completion before March 2026. This timeline aligns with the state’s ongoing efforts to enhance its power storage capacity as part of a broader grid modernization initiative.
