Pace Digitek has been awarded a turnkey contract by Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. (SECI) for a 600 MW / 1200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.
The project scope includes design and engineering, supply of BESS DC Blocks with HVAC and fire protection systems, Power Conversion System (PCS), Battery Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), integration, testing, commissioning, and a 10-year comprehensive maintenance of the entire system.
The total contract value is Rs. 11,593,114,407.03 (including GST). The project execution timelines are as follows: 50% of the capacity within 11 months and 100% within 13 months for supply, and 50% within 14 months and 100% within 16 months for commissioning, starting from the effective date of the contract agreement.
