Pace Digitek Secures ₹3,757.25 Million Solar Infrastructure Order from Bondada Engineering

Pace Digitek Limited has announced that it has secured a domestic solar infrastructure order worth ₹3,757.25 million from Bondada Engineering Limited (BEL), marking a significant milestone in the company’s renewable energy growth strategy. The contract involves execution of the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 300 MW (AC) solar power project in India.

Under the agreement, Pace Digitek will undertake end-to-end engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities, including complete design and engineering, site development, manufacturing, inspection, supply, insurance, transportation, storage, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the project. In addition to EPC works, the company will also provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years following commissioning.

The project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from the receipt of the Letter of Award (LoA).

This order further strengthens Pace Digitek’s position in India’s rapidly expanding solar infrastructure sector. The company has been steadily expanding its renewable energy portfolio, leveraging its expertise in power electronics, telecom passive infrastructure, energy storage solutions, and ICT services. Its project experience spans telecom tower infrastructure, optical fibre deployment, solar and rural electrification initiatives, and lithium-based energy storage systems across multiple sectors.

Bondada Engineering Limited, headquartered in Hyderabad, has a strong track record in large-scale solar projects. In the past, it has collaborated with major players including the Adani Group, securing a 650 MW solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat. The company has also commissioned 78.3 MW of solar projects across locations in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.

Commenting on the development, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman & Managing Director, Pace Digitek Limited, said: “Securing this ₹3,757.25 million mandate for a 300 MW solar project marks a defining moment in our growth trajectory within the renewable energy sector. This partnership with Bondada Engineering underscores our technical expertise in executing complex, large-scale EPC projects. We remain committed to delivering the project within the 15-month timeline.”
