Poweroad, the Chinese storage manufacturer, launches a 233 kWh battery for C&Ir, which belongs to lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology.

Poweroad, the Chinese storage manufacturer, unveiled its new Flex 233 AIO system, which blends all necessary elements into one commercial and industrial energy storage system (ESS).

The Flex 233 AIO system unites its battery packs together with a battery management system (BMS), an energy management system (EMS), and a power conversion system (PCS) and integrates fire protection capabilities. The system stores power in IP67-rated batteries, which belong to lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology.

A single array of 10 battery cabinets combined in series extends the storage capacity to 2.33 MWh. The system features storage for one to ten PCSs using a power rating of 100 kW per unit.

“It features advanced liquid cooling, maintaining the internal temperature difference within 3°C for a longer system lifespan. With a wide operating temperature range from -30°C to 55°C, Flex 233 performs reliably in harsh environments.”
