RenewSys inks 400 MW long-term solar encapsulant supply deal with ZNShine Solarworld

RenewSys proudly announces a long-term supply agreement with ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited (collectively “Solarworld Group”), for the provision of high-quality solar encapsulants.

The landmark contract, signed by RenewSys and ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, covers a volume of 400 MW to be supplied from November 2025 through February 2026.

This strategic partnership creates a strong alliance between RenewSys and the Solarworld Group, a vertically integrated solar solutions provider with over 12 years of industry experience, a robust project portfolio exceeding 1 GW, and a module manufacturing capacity of 1.8 GW.

The agreement highlights the growing demand for advanced, high-efficiency encapsulation materials as module manufacturers worldwide adopt next-generation cell technologies. RenewSys’s EPE encapsulants, engineered for superior PID resistance, enhanced durability, and long-term reliability, are designed to support high-efficiency architectures such as TOPCon. Their consistent performance and India-made manufacturing credentials make them a preferred choice for module makers seeking both quality and supply assurance.

Peeyush Salwan commented on the collaboration, stating, “With our new manufacturing setup coming online, we are pleased to partner with RenewSys for a long-term supply of high-quality encapsulants. Their reliability, technical expertise, and commitment to consistent product performance make them an ideal partner as we scale our operations and deliver superior modules to our customers.”

Mr. Avinash Hiranandani, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, RenewSys, added, “This 400 MW agreement reflects the confidence ZNShine Solarworld has placed in our EPE technology. As the solar industry moves decisively toward high-efficiency modules, we are proud to support global manufacturers with world-class encapsulants engineered and produced in India. Our commitment remains firmly rooted in driving innovation, reliability, and a resilient solar value chain.”

The partnership strengthens both companies’ dedication to advancing the global solar manufacturing ecosystem. As demand for high-performance PV modules continues to rise, collaborations like this ensure technological consistency and long-term supply security.

Through this agreement, ZNShine Solarworld and RenewSys reinforce their shared vision of promoting high-efficiency manufacturing and contributing to a more sustainable, resilient solar energy future.
