Saatvik Green Energy Bags ₹689.47 Cr Solar PV Module Orders

Saatvik Green Energy Bags ₹689.47 Cr Solar PV Module Orders

Saatvik Green Energy has announced that the company and its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt Ltd, have secured orders worth Rs 689.47 crore for the supply of solar PV modules.

The orders comprise Rs 50.62 crore in solar PV module supply directly awarded to Saatvik Green Energy Limited, with execution planned by November 2025, according to a company statement.

Additionally, orders worth Rs 638.85 crore were received by its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, with execution scheduled by June 2026.

The statement noted that Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, one of India’s leading integrated solar-energy solutions providers, has received and accepted new orders totaling Rs 689.47 crore for the supply of high-efficiency solar PV modules from multiple reputed Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and EPC developers across India.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Prashant Mathur, CEO, Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said, “These large repeat orders from leading IPPs and EPCs underline Saatvik’s reputation for delivering quality, scale, and dependability. Our expanding manufacturing footprint and customer-centric approach continue to position us as a preferred partner for India’s energy transition journey. The cumulative order value of nearly ₹690 Crores further strengthens our revenue visibility and underscores the confidence of our long-term partners. With disciplined execution and strong financial fundamentals, we remain committed to delivering sustained growth and value creation.”

Saatvik Green Energy Limited is an integrated solar-energy solutions provider engaged in manufacturing high-efficiency PV modules and providing EPC services for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial projects.

As of June 30, 2025, the company operates a module capacity of 3.8 GW, with an additional 1 GW under expansion at Ambala, Haryana. The company is also developing a greenfield facility in Odisha with a 4 GW module and 4.8 GW solar cell manufacturing capacity.
