Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy (SWREL), a leading renewable EPC company, announced on Monday that it has entered into a five-year Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement and received its first purchase order from Adani Green Energy Limited, India’s largest and fastest-growing renewable energy developer.
The order pertains to a Balance of System (BOS) package for three solar power projects at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat, one of the world’s largest renewable energy developments. It includes the supply of goods and on-site services, with a total value of approximately ₹1,381 crore, excluding taxes.
Khavda Capacity Expansion
SWREL is currently executing around 6 GW of projects in the Khavda region, with nearly 5 GW expected to be completed this fiscal year. With the addition of this 1 GW project, the company continues to strengthen its leadership in Gujarat’s solar EPC sector.

With this latest order, SWREL’s order inflows for the fiscal year have surpassed ₹6,450 crore, and the company maintains a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
