ThunderPlus Partners with IndoFast Energy to Build EV Energy Hubs Across India

ThunderPlus, a company that makes electric mobility solutions, has teamed up with IndoFast Energy to build integrated Electric Vehicle (EV) Energy Hubs all over India. The goal of the partnership is to help the growing EV ecosystem by building energy infrastructure and charging solutions that can grow with India’s needs.

Under the partnership, ThunderPlus and IndoFast Energy will jointly design, deploy, operate, and maintain EV energy hubs in key urban and highway locations throughout the country. These hubs will support multiple charging technologies and services, including fast chargers, battery swapping options, and energy storage systems.

Boosting EV Infrastructure Nationwide

One of the biggest problems with the EV market in India is still the lack of reliable and widely available charging infrastructure. The new EV energy hubs are meant to fill this gap by making it easy and quick for EV owners and fleet operators to charge their vehicles and get energy services.

The hubs will feature high‑power charging points, advanced energy management systems, and integrated solutions for both passenger and commercial EVs. The partnership will also explore the use of renewable energy sources, microgrids, and battery systems to optimise operational efficiency and lower carbon emissions.

ThunderPlus said the combined expertise of both companies will help accelerate infrastructure deployment and enhance user experience for EV drivers across India.

Leadership Comments

Commenting on the partnership, a ThunderPlus spokesperson said, “Our collaboration with IndoFast Energy marks a significant milestone in expanding India’s EV energy infrastructure. By jointly building integrated EV Energy Hubs, we aim to support faster EV adoption and offer convenient charging solutions across major transport corridors and urban centres.”

The spokesperson added that the initiative will help overcome current infrastructure challenges and contribute to India’s goals for cleaner mobility and reduced emissions.

Market Context and Future Plans

India’s electric vehicle market has been witnessing rapid growth, driven by rising consumer interest, supportive government policies, and the push for sustainable transport solutions. Industry analysts say that expanding charging infrastructure and energy support systems is crucial for maintaining this momentum.

ThunderPlus and IndoFast Energy want to set a new standard for EV infrastructure in India by focusing on integrated hubs that offer a variety of energy services in one place. The goal of the partnership is to roll out these hubs in phases across different areas, starting with major cities and highways and then moving on to smaller towns.
