Before moving to Havells, Vikas Gandhi held the position of President and Business Head at Livguard. At Livguard, he played an integral role in the growth and development of the business and brand. Before moving to Livguard, he was working for Usha International for more than eight years in the capacity of President and SBU Head, responsible for running various SBU strategies with profit and loss accountability. During his tenure at Usha International, his tenure saw great business restructuring and growth.
Earlier in his career, Gandhi held senior leadership roles across several global and Indian organisations, giving him wide exposure across consumer, industrial, and building products sectors.
