Multi-sectorEPC company Vikran Engineering Limited (VEL) has announced that it has secured a major work order worth ₹2,035.26 crore from Onix Renewables Limited to develop 600 MW AC solar power projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra. The order, finalized on December 23, 2025, marks one of the largest single EPC orders in the company’s history, underscoring the growing demand for renewable energy in India.
The projects will be executed on a turnkey EPC basis, covering the entire lifecycle from design, engineering, and procurement to supply, erection, testing, and commissioning. The scope of work also includes supplying critical components such as solar PV modules and inverters. The company has committed to completing the projects within a 12-month timeline, reflecting its focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
