In this role, Kaushal will be responsible for driving business strategy, market expansion, and execution excellence as INA Solar scales its operations across the country.
With nearly 15 years of experience in the energy sector, Kaushal brings extensive expertise in solar manufacturing, project development, policy-driven initiatives, and high-growth commercial operations. His appointment is expected to reinforce INA Solar’s leadership team and support its vision of sustainable growth and long-term value creation in the renewable energy space.
Throughout his career, Kaushal has held senior leadership roles at leading energy firms, including HUASUN HJT as Director – South Asia, Vikram Solar as Vice President – Business Development, and Zhejiang Beyondsun Green Energy Technology Co. Ltd. as Country Head – India. He has also contributed significantly to IL&FS Renewable Energy and Gujarat Power Corporation Limited, gaining hands-on experience in market entry strategies, large-scale solar deployments, and policy-driven renewable energy projects.
Kaushal’s diverse experience across solar technology, commercial operations, and project development positions him to effectively steer INA Solar’s business initiatives, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of India’s clean energy transition. His expertise will be instrumental in expanding INA Solar’s footprint in solar manufacturing, renewable project development, and integrated clean energy solutions.
