Manoj Singh Rathore

Sunsure Energy Private Limited has appointed Manoj Singh Rathore as Assistant General Manager, where he will lead the execution of a 200 MW hybrid renewable energy project, marking a key leadership addition as the company expands its clean energy portfolio.

Rathore brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy project execution across wind, solar, and hybrid segments. His expertise spans end-to-end project delivery, including commissioning, electrical operations, and high-voltage (EHV) infrastructure development.

Throughout his career, he has worked with several major players in the renewable energy sector, including Suzlon Energy Limited, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, ReNew Energy Global Plc, ib vogt GmbH, ACME Group, and the Gensol Engineering Limited. His background reflects strong execution capabilities in large-scale renewable infrastructure development.

At Sunsure Energy, Rathore will focus on delivering the 200 MW hybrid project, which integrates multiple renewable energy sources to improve grid reliability and optimize generation output. Hybrid projects are increasingly becoming a key segment in India’s renewable energy transition, combining solar, wind, and storage solutions.

The appointment comes at a time when India’s renewable energy sector is witnessing rapid expansion, with developers scaling up both capacity and project complexity. Strong execution leadership is considered critical for ensuring timely commissioning and efficient project delivery.

Industry observers note that experienced professionals with cross-technology expertise are in high demand as renewable energy projects become larger and more integrated.

Rathore’s appointment is expected to strengthen Sunsure Energy’s execution capabilities and support its broader growth ambitions in India’s fast-evolving clean energy landscape.
