Avaada Electro Expands Capacity with ALMM-Enlisted Facilities in Maharashtra & Uttar Pradesh

Avaada Electro, the solar PV manufacturing entity of the Avaada Group,  has announced a significant milestone with the inclusion of its state-of-the-art manufacturing lines in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India.

Avaada Electro’s world-class facilities at Butibori in Nagpur (Maharashtra) and Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) have received approval under MNRE’s ALMM list, taking their combined ALMM enlisted capacity to over 5,400 MW a year and cementing their role as a trusted supplier for India’s solar revolution. This recognition reinforces the company’s leadership in delivering cutting-edge solar technology that powers India’s journey towards Atmanirbhar Bharat and Net Zero 2070.

The company’s factory at Butibori in Nagpur has an annual capacity of 4,111 MW. The factory will manufacture Bifacial N-Type TOPCon modules, Glass-to-Glass (720 Wp, 630 Wp, 610Wp). The flagship facility features production lines and a smart energy management system with a Takt time of just 16 seconds.

The plant at Dadri in Uttar Pradesh has an annual capacity of 1,311 MW and can produce Bifacial N-Type TOPCon and Glass-to-Glass (585 Wp to 610 Wp).

Commenting on the development, Vineet Mittal, Chairman, Avaada Group, said, “At Avaada, we see every milestone not just as a recognition but as a responsibility. The ALMM accreditation of Avaada Electro reaffirms our commitment to Make in India, Make for the World. With these next-generation TOPCon modules, we are not only powering solar projects but also inspiring a greener, self-reliant, and more sustainable India. This is our Sankalp to Siddhi in action.”

Avaada Electro, the solar PV manufacturing entity of Avaada Group, is a provider of high-efficiency solar PV modules. With AI-driven automation, Avaada Electro is focused on performance, reliability, and sustainability—supporting both India’s energy transition and global clean energy competitiveness.
