Winline Technology Unveils Smart Energy Innovations at South America’s Largest Renewable Expo

Winline Technology Unveils Smart Energy Innovations at South America’s Largest Renewable Expo

Winline Technology, a multinational smart energy technology provider, exhibited its new offerings at The Smarter E South America, the largest renewable energy show in South America, August 26-28 at the São Paulo Norte Expo Center. In order to prove that it is committed to advancing high-quality smart energy infrastructure development in global markets, Winline Technology has showcased three main product lines, including technologically advanced power modules, high-efficiency DC fast chargers, and energy storage modules, which are rated among the top in the industry in terms of sales volume. As its product range continues to expand and its influence increases, Winline Technology is enhancing its global relationships through offering high-quality and robust solutions that are localized to meet local markets.

The exhibition stand of Winline Technology was set up in three smart energy areas to showcase the major features. The section dedicated to the high-efficiency fast-charging technology was called the EV Charger Section and provided evidence of how much speed and user experience could be improved. The “Power Module Section” also displayed various high-performance charging modules that demonstrated the company’s solid experience in core component R&D. The Mars-125KT PCS module was based on the “Energy Storage Section,” which offered international energy storage to its customers all around the world. These three areas respectively showcased the state-of-the-art technological products in the smart energy solutions system in the module, charger, and energy storage dimensions, with strong proof of the fast evolution of smart energy worldwide.

The Electree Olive 240kW DC Charger debuted at the exhibition and began to change the experience of charging electric vehicles by breaking the tradition of ultra-slim design. The system, which can be easily deployed in urban centers, highway rest areas, and other hostile environments, is also very efficient in terms of space usage and is not a nuisance that interferes with power. Its design of the cooling duct system ensures a good and cool environment to charge with a noise level less than 65 dB. The charger is constructed using fully potted high-efficiency modules with a robust stainless steel enclosure to provide a conversion efficiency of more than 96% and offers consistent performance and long service life even in adverse environmental conditions.

Function

Functioning with the latest liquid cooling technology, the charger is rated up to 600A per plug and has a 24-inch smart monitor that allows dynamic advertising to generate new revenue potentials for operators. The interactive nature of the system, along with the multi-language user interface, is also the result of the AI usage and greatly influences the user experience. The station supports v2.0 of the OCPP smart management protocols and embedded multi-currency payment solutions and enables a future-proof and globally scalable charging infrastructure.

Another product of Winline Technology

In addition, Winline Technology introduced another product, the Cactus 30-40kW DC Charging Station, which is a cost-saving product designed to serve the world market. It can be mounted on 99.9% of electric vehicle models, with versatile mounting options such as wall and pole types, as well as supporting most activation systems, such as plug-and-charge, RFID authentication, and mobile app control. The Cactus series is graded at IP55 and IK10 and is built to operate under a range of outdoor environments where longevity and comfort are the most important considerations.

Winline Technology has also introduced a range of high-performance power modules to new energy and power electronics markets, focused on delivering efficient and reliable solutions to global charging infrastructures, energy storage, and multi-energy complementary applications. This time, the UXR100040B and UXR100030B have been specially optimized for chargers, featuring ultra-high full-load temperature, ultra-wide constant power range, high efficiency, high reliability, and minimal noise. The UXC95050B is a high-frequency, isolated, bidirectional DC-DC module with ultra-wide voltage and ultra-high efficiency, ideal for energy storage, PV-storage-charging, and applications where two-way energy interaction is needed.

The UXG1K022 is a bidirectional AC/DC conversion module with a wide voltage range and high power density that can be used in V2G, energy storage, and battery echelon applications. The UXC100040 is a DC/DC high-power, unidirectional, high-protection, large-input-large-output-range charger widely used in PV-storage-charging, multiple-vehicle charging stations, and mobile charging applications. This product series perfectly satisfies various requirements of the modern global energy systems for efficiently, intelligently, and reliably powered modules.

The high-power commercial/industrial energy storage converter module has three key benefits: high efficiency and smartness, application flexibility, and grid friendliness. It is particularly suitable in commercial and industrial energy storage interactions, which pursue low levelized cost of energy and whose quantity of shipment in the market is one of the highest in the industry. The Mars-125KT PCS range has achieved several authoritative standards, such as GB/T 34120, GB/T 34120 test reports, third-party high and low voltage ride-through tests, and CE safety and EMC standards, and has received EU EN50549 grid connection certification. It is able to meet the requirements of applications of many countries, and this also shows its multi-country applicability and is also an international energy storage technique.
