    DCNT Global to Launch 3 GWh Automated Battery Energy Storage System in Pune

    DCNT Global is set to launch a cutting-edge 3 GWh automated BESS in Pune by Q3 2025, advancing India’s clean energy goals.

    The DCNT Global, a solution provider of high-tech energy and data center infrastructure, has commissioned its latest battery energy storage system (BESS) to drive energy solutions in Khed City, Chakan, Pune. The fully automated plant of a 3 gigawatt-hour (GWh) capacity is planned to come into operation in the third quarter of 2025.

    The facility occupies a strategic location in the fast-expanding industrial sector with world-class automation to provide some of the highest-efficiency energy storage systems. The initiative is an important move towards clean energy in India and helps in the aim of increasing the generation of renewable power and decreasingthe dependence on fossil fuels.

    The BESS facility that DCNT Global will provide is likely to support the emerging energy needs of the industries, utility operators, and communities within and beyond the United States. It also conserves key national plans, such as the National Solar Mission and Green Energy Corridor, to establish a strong power infrastructure that is sustainable.

    Praising the facility, the managing director, Umesh Sahay, said that the plant is in line with the firm commitment to the clean energy path in India. He stressed the scale and automation of the facility in the provision of reliable and environmentally friendly energy solutions.
