Diehl Metall

Diehl Metall will once again be represented at “The Battery Show Europe” trade fair in 2025, presenting proven solutions for battery systems in the fields of electromobility, industrial applications, and automated and mobile systems.

From June 3 to 5, 2025, Diehl Metall will once again be exhibiting at “The Battery Show Europe” trade fair in Stuttgart, presenting proven solutions for future-oriented battery systems in Hall 8 at Stand F60. With the strategic business units Diehl Advanced Mobility and Diehl Metal Applications, Diehl Metall will be presenting customized systems and components for advanced high-voltage battery applications as well as modular low-voltage systems this year.

Scalable cell contacting systems for high-voltage applications from Diehl Advanced Mobility

Diehl Advanced Mobility (DAM) will be presenting its latest high-tech solutions for the automotive high-voltage sector at the Battery Show 2025. With a clear focus on cell contact systems, DAM supports vehicle manufacturers in the implementation of future-oriented concepts for electric, hybrid, and fuel cell vehicles.

At the center of the exhibition is the modular system from Diehl Advanced Mobility, which enables a scalable number of cells, flexible module connectors, and a freely configurable module arrangement in the battery storage system. This meets key requirements in terms of range, performance, and adaptability.

As an established partner to the automotive industry, DAM offers end-to-end support – from development and industrialization to series production. With its expertise, the company makes a significant contribution to the electrification of the powertrain and sets new standards in the contacting of power and signal cables within modern high-voltage battery systems.

Powerful low-voltage solutions from Diehl Metal Applications

Diehl Metal Applications (DMA) is presenting an extensive portfolio of innovative products and technologies for modular and energy-efficient low-voltage battery systems at this year’s Battery Show. The focus is on individually developed components such as battery holders, charging connectors, and subsystems for drive units – specially designed for applications in e-bikes, power tools, drones, autonomous logistics systems, and humanoid robots.

Visitors to the trade fair will get to know the latest generation of battery cell holders, which impress with their automation-friendly design, high recyclability, and space-saving construction. Thanks to their modularity and scalability, the solutions are ideally suited for a wide range of cell formats and voltage ranges – from 18V to 100V.

Thanks to state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, Diehl Metal Applications combines mechanical stability, electrical functionality, and maximum integration in a single component. The individually customizable concepts offer customers decisive advantages in terms of flexibility, resource efficiency, and performance.

Meet Diehl Metall at the Battery Show Europe 2025

Diehl Advanced Mobility and Diehl Metal Applications are looking forward to exchanging ideas with trade visitors, partners, and customers in Hall 8, Stand F60. The trade fair offers an ideal platform to present the latest solutions for the battery industry and to jointly shape the mobility of the future. The experts from both business areas will be happy to provide personal advice on site.
