Evolve Energy Group has appointed Siva Ramesh, PMP®, as General Manager – Projects, bringing more than 18 years of project management experience at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) to the company’s leadership team.
In his new role, Ramesh will contribute to project execution, solar power plant projects, vendor management and large-scale project management, supporting Evolve Energy Group’s project development and execution activities in the renewable energy sector.
Ramesh brings extensive experience in power project execution and project management, developed during his long tenure at BHEL. Before joining Evolve Energy Group, he served as Senior Project Manager at BHEL, after progressing through various positions including Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Engineer and Engineer.
During his more than 18-year career with BHEL, Ramesh gained expertise across power plant erection, project execution, project purchasing, supplier development, contract negotiation and engineering operations. His experience includes managing project activities and working with vendors and suppliers across large-scale power projects.

As General Manager – Projects, Ramesh is expected to play a key role in strengthening Evolve Energy Group’s project execution capabilities. His background in managing power projects and engineering operations brings additional expertise to the company as it works on its solar and renewable energy projects.
