    On October 3, 2025, battery stocks in India had a generally positive session as some key battery stocks saw decent gains again, signaling increased investor confidence. Following a period of volatility over the past few weeks, the focus shifted to High Energy Batteries, Indo-National Ltd., and HBL Engineering Ltd. as they led the charge in battery stock gains on the day.

    High Energy Batteries surged +3.62% to close at ₹644.7, marking the day’s strongest performance and reaffirming its position as a standout in battery stocks. Indo-National Ltd. also gained +1.61% to ₹456.95, demonstrating steady buying interest and investor optimism in its growth prospects. HBL Engineering Ltd. advanced +1.50% to ₹846.85, continuing its consistent performance among leading battery stocks.

    Other noteworthy increases included CLN Energy Ltd., which climbed +1.43% to ₹562.95 and Waaree Technologies, which increased +1.33% to ₹293, indicating mid-cap battery stocks’ robust activity. Exide Industries also appreciated +0.76% to ₹398.05, while Tata Power increased +0.96% to ₹394.9 contributing to a broad upward lead in battery stocks. Amara Raja Energy and Panasonic Energy India made more modest gains of +0.56% (₹999.05) and +0.57% (₹358.55), respectively, indicating steady engagement by investors.

    Eveready Industries India Ltd. was the only significant loser among the major stocks, moving down -0.35% to ₹379.95, after a few sessions of upside. However, the sector still had a positive feel to it, as both large-cap and emerging battery stocks performed strongly.
