Inox Green Energy Services, a leading renewable operations and maintenance (O&M) provider and part of the INOXGFL Group, has been awarded a Letter of Award (LoA) from KEC International Ltd. (KEC) to manage the O&M of a 625 MWp solar project at Bhadla, Rajasthan.
According to a company statement, this addition pushes Inox Green Energy’s solar O&M portfolio past 3 GW, while its total renewable O&M portfolio, including wind projects, now exceeds 13 GW. The company continues to expand rapidly across both solar and wind segments.
Expanding Renewable Operations Portfolio
Speaking on the occasion, SK Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green Energy, said:
“We are pleased to have entered into an agreement with KEC International to provide O&M services for one of its largest solar projects located at Bhadla, Rajasthan. At Inox Green, we are expanding our solar O&M portfolio, both organically and inorganically, by participating in large-scale opportunities across solar, wind, and renewable energy infrastructure O&M. We also expect to grow our portfolio further with the rapid scale-up of Inox Clean’s capacities.”
KEC International Strengthens Wind Energy Footprint
KEC International, the infrastructure engineering arm of the RPG Group, entered the wind energy sector earlier this year with INR 1,050 crore in orders. The company secured contracts for developing projects across transmission, civil construction, cables, conductors, and renewable energy segments.
KEC’s first wind energy EPC venture involves over 100 MW Balance of Plant works in southern India for a leading private developer. This move reflects the company’s intent to leverage its EPC expertise and capture opportunities in India’s rapidly expanding renewable energy market.
The collaboration between Inox Green Energy and KEC International underlines the growing focus on efficient O&M services and project execution in India’s solar and wind sectors. With these projects, both companies aim to strengthen their position in the country’s renewable energy landscape while supporting the scaling-up of clean energy infrastructure across India.
