Inox Green Energy Services has announced the securing of a long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract with one of India’s largest and most diversified conglomerates. The agreement covers 182 MW of installed wind power capacity spread across multiple locations in western India, all connected through Inox Green’s shared infrastructure. This milestone further strengthens Inox Green’s position in the renewable energy O&M sector.
The deal pertains to the transition of limited-scope to comprehensive O&M of 82 MW wind projects and renewal of comprehensive O&M of an additional 100 MW wind projects, well before such renewal was to occur. The contract will cover the full life of the balance of the wind projects.

Inex Green Energy Services is a subsidiary that is a part of Inox Wind, which operates under the INOXGFL Group, which mainly deals with specialty chemicals, as well as the renewable energy segment, and has historical links with the broader Inox Group, which was started in the year 1923. The Company is in the business of offering Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services and common infrastructure facilities in Wind Turbine Generators.
The net profit of Inox Green Energy Services fell by 73.9 percent (on a consolidated basis) to Rs 5.56 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Q4 FY24, but the net sales increased by 30.4 percent, going up to Rs 68.38 crore.
