KP Green Engineering has secured orders worth Rs 272.32 crore

KP Green Engineering Limited has secured fresh confirmed orders worth ₹272.32 crore, including taxes, across multiple business segments, strengthening its presence in solar infrastructure, power transmission, industrial construction and related engineering solutions. The company disclosed the order wins in a stock-exchange filing dated 12 October 2026.

The orders cover solar module mounting structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEBs), transmission tower materials, substation structures, poles and high masts, isolators, rooftop solar systems, cable trays and crash barriers. According to the company, the new contracts are expected to support capacity utilisation and contribute to revenue in the coming periods.

Solar Projects and Pre-Engineered Buildings Lead Orders

Solar projects account for the largest share of the order value at ₹115.88 crore. These contracts include fixed-tilt and tracker-type solar module mounting structures and associated structural components.

Pre-engineered buildings contribute another ₹99.14 crore, covering the supply of PEB structures for industrial and infrastructure applications.

Together, the solar projects and PEB segments account for ₹215.02 crore, or approximately 79% of the total confirmed order value.

Transmission and Infrastructure Orders

The company has secured transmission tower orders worth ₹31.79 crore. The scope includes materials for 220 kV to 400 kV transmission towers, structures for 33 kV and 66 kV substation equipment, hardware, cable trays, galvanised iron (GI) strip material and GI structures for isolators.

The remaining orders include poles and high masts worth ₹10.25 crore, isolators valued at ₹8.16 crore, and a combined ₹7.10 crore for rooftop solar, cable trays, ladder cable trays, railway track-fencing crash barriers and other products.

Order Breakdown

  • Solar projects: ₹115.88 crore
  • Pre-engineered buildings: ₹99.14 crore
  • Transmission towers: ₹31.79 crore
  • Poles and high masts: ₹10.25 crore
  • Isolators: ₹8.16 crore
  • Rooftop solar, cable trays and crash barriers: ₹7.10 crore
  • Total confirmed orders: ₹272.32 crore, including taxes.

Supporting Manufacturing and Revenue Growth

KP Green Engineering said the order wins reinforce its diversified engineering capabilities and continued engagement across renewable energy, power transmission, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

The company expects the new contracts to support capacity utilisation and contribute to revenue in the coming periods. The exchange filing does not provide a separate delivery schedule or revenue-recognition timeline for the orders.

Execution and timely delivery will be important factors in determining how the new orders translate into business performance.
