KPI Green Energy Secures 534 MW Solar BoS Orders from Adani Green Energy in Gujarat

KPI Green Energy Ltd. has been awarded 534 MW of Balance of System (BoS) orders by Adani Green Energy Limited for utility-scale solar projects located at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat. The orders cover both the supply of solar components and onsite services, reflecting a significant expansion of KPI Green Energy’s role in India’s renewable energy sector.

The award reinforces KPI Green Energy’s position as a trusted partner in delivering high-capacity solar infrastructure for utility-scale projects, strengthening its capabilities in BoS and EPC execution.

The BoS orders comprise manufacturing, procurement, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power system components. KPI Green Energy will provide end-to-end solutions for the Khavda solar projects, ensuring timely execution across multiple phases.

The project demonstrates the growing scale of utility solar projects in India and highlights the importance of experienced partners like KPI Green Energy in ensuring efficient implementation of large-scale solar infrastructure.

Leadership Commentary

Commenting on the development, Ranjit Agarwal, CEO of KPI Green Energy, said:

“We are proud to be entrusted by Adani Green Energy for executing these significant solar BoS projects. This award reflects our expertise in delivering reliable and high-quality solutions for utility-scale solar projects and strengthens our strategic presence in Gujarat’s renewable energy market.”

The statement underscores KPI Green Energy’s commitment to supporting India’s renewable energy growth through high-quality project execution.

Strategic Significance

The Khavda projects represent a key milestone in KPI Green Energy’s portfolio, aligning with India’s push for rapid solar capacity expansion and sustainable energy development. By delivering both supply and onsite services, KPI Green Energy demonstrates its capability to manage complex, large-scale solar installations effectively.

This achievement not only consolidates KPI Green Energy’s position in the Indian solar sector but also reinforces the collaboration between leading renewable energy developers and specialized BoS providers, contributing to the country’s goal of accelerating clean energy adoption.
