KPI Green Energy’s subsidiary Sun Drops Energia Limited has won an international contract from FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC, based in the United Arab Emirates, for a 33 kWp solar power system paired with a 573 kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to support a containerised data centre facility.
Key Project Details:
- Client: FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC (part of F Plus Group)
- Scope: Supply, installation, and commissioning of a 33 kWp solar PV system integrated with a 573 kWh BESS to power a containerised data centre.
- Purpose: Ensure reliable and uninterrupted power for mission-critical data centre operations.
The company said in a statement, “Receiving this order shows that the company is expanding its international presence beyond Indian territory and is becoming better at entering new growth segments.”
Importance of Solar + BESS Integration
The project highlights the rising global need for solutions that combine renewable energy generation with energy storage. Integrated solar and battery systems help:
- Store energy during low-demand periods and discharge during peak demand.
- Support grid stability and peak load management.
- Provide strong backup power for critical facilities like data centres, which require continuous operation even during grid outages.
Growing Global Presence
The fact that KPI Green Energy was able to fill this order shows that it is becoming more successful in international renewable energy markets. The company sees a growing need for solar and energy storage solutions that work together, especially in industries that need power all the time.
The UAE project comes after KP Group and F Plus Group signed an MoU in October 2025 to work on global green energy and life sciences projects. This was followed by a letter of intent for a 600 MW Round-the-Clock (RTC) green power project worth about ₹1,050 crore.
This milestone reflects KPI Green Energy’s growing experience in delivering advanced clean energy solutions and its strategic expansion beyond domestic markets.
