    Noida EV Startup Gains US$ 1 Million in Seed Funding

    EV charging solutions provider, Mobec Innovations has raised $ 1 million in seed funding.

    MobecThe majority of the funding came from Purple Stone Consulting, based in Singapore.

    Mobec, based in Noida, offers ultrafast charging solutions that are fully integrated and do not require any additional infrastructure for electric vehicles. Consumers can charge anywhere, anytime. Mobec provides services to customers of all types, including owners of two- and four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleets. It provides quick charging via portable chargers with high capacity.

    “We’re driven by our desire to be part of India’s evolving electric vehicle sector by bringing sustainable solutions in and ensuring smooth, seamless mobility throughout. Purple Stone Consulting’s affirmation of our seed funding was encouraging. Our core objective is to bring value to the EV ecosystem through consistent R&D and to benefit the end user. We look forward to our services being on the road soon,” said Harry Bajaj (founder and CEO) of Mobec Innovations.

    By 2030, NITI Aayog hopes to achieve 70% EV penetration in all commercial vehicles.

    This will be followed by 30% for personal cars, 40% for buses and 80% for two- and three-wheelers.

    The startup aims at integrating with the growing electric mobility ecosystem by removing the concerns about EV charging while on the move by providing mobile charging solutions.

    Mobec provides fully integrated EV charging systems.

    The company caters to all types of customers, including individuals (two-wheelers and four-wheelers), fleet owners and commercial vehicle owners.
