NTPC Green Energy registered a 59 percent rise in its net profit to the end of the FY26 April-June quarter. The company indicated that it recorded a rise in its quarter net profit of 220 Crore. At the same comparison quarter, the previous year, the net profit stood at 138 Crore, which was supported by improved generation and consistent operation.
The business reported that it generated 680 Crore in terms of revenue. This was a 17.60 percent increase in comparison to the previous year, a 17.60 percent increase because compared to the previous year, this was a 17.60 percent increase in 578 Crore that was in the same quarter of the previous year.
The company also communicated that its topline also rose as a result of better capacitor utilization of assets of operation.
According to the company, it had reported an EBITDA of 603 Crore during the June quarter. This grew by 15.80 over 512 Crore in the same quarter of last year.
In the quarter in analysis, the company announced an additional 260 MW of new capacity in the quarter. By this, the total capacity rose to 3.4 GW, whereas the second 7.4 GW is in the process of implementation.
The company recorded a margin EBITDA during the quarter that was mostly flat at 88.60 percent.
