Odysse Electric Names Sudhir Goel as Co‑Founder to Drive EV Growth in India

Indian electric two‑wheeler maker Odysse Electric Vehicles has appointed Sudhir Goel as a Co‑Founder to support the company’s next stage of growth in the country’s fast‑expanding electric vehicle (EV) market. The move is part of Odysse’s plan to evolve from a startup into a professionally run business capable of capturing larger market share in India’s EV revolution.

Experienced Leader to Boost Expansion

Goel brings over 28 years of experience across automotive, engineering, and EV sectors to Odysse Electric. His career includes:

  • Leadership roles at Ford Motor Company in Japan
  • CEO of Jay Ace Technologies (JP Minda Group)
  • President of Lithium Batteries at Greenfuel Energy Solutions
  • Work as an independent consultant helping EV companies scale operations

Odys wants to create a business structure that combines the freedom of an entrepreneur with the professionalism of a manager. He has a lot of experience in the industry. Goel will focus on the following in his new job:

  • Operational excellence
  • Streamlining supply chain and manufacturing
  • Strengthening Odysse’s retail footprint across India

Company Vision and Leadership Views

Nemin Vora, Founder and CEO of Odysse Electric Vehicles, said: “Odysse Electric is no longer just a new startup; we are a significant player in the national mobility conversation. The appointment of Sudhir Goel as Co‑Founder is a testament to our evolution. His professional pedigree and track record will provide the structural backbone we need to drive long‑term growth.”

Goel shared his enthusiasm about joining the company, stating: “I am excited to join Odysse at this pivotal stage. The company has built a strong foundation with innovative products and a clear vision. I look forward to leveraging my experience to scale operations, strengthen the EV ecosystem, and drive Odysse towards becoming a significant player in the sustainable mobility revolution.”

Strategic Outlook and Market Position

With Goel now on board, Odysse Electric is set to:

  • Solidify its market presence in India’s electric two‑wheeler segment
  • Optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Explore new growth avenues domestically and abroad

The leadership change shows that the company is committed to finding new and sustainable ways to move people around as more people want electric cars.

Odys Electric’s expanded leadership team will keep working on its vision and product development, which will help the brand do better in the competitive EV market.
