Oswal Energies Inks MoU with ATS Abu Dhabi for USD 1 Billion Middle East Expansion

Oswal Energies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arab Tanker Services (ATS), Abu Dhabi, setting the stage for a significant expansion of its operations across the Middle East. The partnership outlines a growth roadmap targeting business opportunities worth up to USD 1 billion, marking a major milestone in Oswal Energies’ international expansion strategy.

The MoU was formalised during Oswal Energies’ participation in Abu Dhabi, reflecting the company’s intent to deepen its presence in one of the world’s most critical energy markets. By collaborating with ATS Abu Dhabi, a well-established regional player, Oswal Energies aims to strengthen its access to local markets, customers, and large-scale energy projects.

Focus on Oil & Gas and Energy Infrastructure

The collaboration will focus on jointly exploring opportunities across the oil and gas sector, energy infrastructure, and related industrial projects in the Middle East. Oswal Energies will bring its expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, and project management, while ATS Abu Dhabi will contribute its strong regional footprint, operational capabilities, and market understanding.

Together, the companies intend to support the development of complex energy projects, including downstream, midstream, and infrastructure-led initiatives, aligned with the region’s ongoing investments in energy security and capacity expansion.

Strengthening Local Capabilities and Market Reach

Under the MoU, both parties will work toward identifying suitable projects, establishing local execution frameworks, and enhancing regional capabilities. The partnership is designed to facilitate faster project execution, improve operational efficiencies, and enable Oswal Energies to offer competitive, end-to-end solutions tailored to Middle Eastern market requirements.

The agreement also reflects Oswal Energies’ broader strategy of partnering with established local entities to scale its international operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.

Leadership Commentary

Commenting on the development, Oswal Energies’ leadership highlighted that the MoU with ATS Abu Dhabi is a strategic step toward building a long-term presence in the Middle East, one of the company’s priority growth regions. The collaboration is expected to unlock new opportunities and support Oswal Energies’ ambition to become a globally recognised EPC and energy solutions provider.

A Key Milestone in Global Expansion

The MoU with ATS Abu Dhabi reinforces Oswal Energies’ commitment to international growth and positions the company to participate meaningfully in the Middle East’s evolving energy landscape. With a targeted USD 1 billion opportunity pipeline, the partnership underscores Oswal Energies’ confidence in the region’s long-term energy and infrastructure prospects.
