Pace Digitek Subsidiary Secures ₹99.71 Crore LFP Battery Storage Order from Advait Greenergy

Pace Digitek Secures ₹1,994.20 Million BESS Order for Bihar Kajra Project from L&T

Pace Digitek Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, has won a major order worth ₹997.10 million (₹99.71 crore, including taxes) from Advait Greenergy Private Limited for the supply of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and associated equipment.

The contract covers the design and supply of advanced LFP-based battery systems for deployment in India’s fast-growing clean energy and grid-support infrastructure. The order has been awarded as a domestic supply contract and is part of an ongoing push to scale battery storage across renewable power systems.

Delivery timeline and contract scope

As per the company’s regulatory filing, the order has been placed with a total execution period of 133 days from the effective date:

  • Initial supply to be completed within 102 days
  • 50% of the BESS DC block deliveries targeted by 15 March 2026
  • Remaining balance scheduled for supply by 15 April 2026

The contract is being executed on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis and includes supply of BESS units and related electrical and control equipment.

Pace Digitek has clarified that there is no related-party involvement in the transaction and neither the company’s promoters nor promoter group hold any interest in Advait Greenergy. The disclosure has been made in line with regulatory requirements under the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations.

Strengthening battery storage leadership

This latest contract further reinforces Pace Group’s strategic focus on the fast-growing energy storage segment. The group has been actively expanding its presence in utility-scale BESS, telecom power systems, and renewable energy infrastructure.

Just weeks earlier, Lineage Power had also secured a significant order from Larsen & Toubro for the supply of nearly 276 MWh of liquid-cooled LFP containerised battery systems for a grid-scale project being executed for Bihar State Power Generation Company.

With back-to-back high-value wins, Pace Digitek is rapidly positioning itself as a key supplier of battery storage solutions to India’s utility sector — a segment increasingly dependent on energy storage to ensure grid balancing, renewable integration and power reliability.

Powering India’s transition

As India pushes deeper into renewable deployment and electrification, battery systems are becoming critical infrastructure rather than optional assets. Pace Digitek’s latest contract underlines the industry shift toward scalable storage technologies such as LFP, known for their thermal stability, long cycle life and suitability for utility applications.

The Advait Greenergy order adds momentum to Pace Digitek’s growing order book and signals increasing demand for integrated power solutions across the country’s renewable energy ecosystem.
