    PMI Electro Mobility launches 5 charging stations

    PMI Electro Mobility launches 5 charging stations

    Increased attempts are being made by PMI Electro Mobility to electrify more of Gujarat. The business has now flagged off 22 e-buses in Rajkot and opened five 240kw GBT electric bus charging stations in Gondal.

    According to the press release, the recently introduced electric buses are zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) and are expected to cut around 650 tonnes of CO2 in a year of operation.

    These PMI buses are powered by fast-charging lithium-ion batteries and are equipped with all modern features like Real Time Passenger Information System (PIS), Panic Buttons for emergency stops, Vehicle Location & Tracking System, CCTV cameras, public address system, stop request buttons, Fire Detection and Alarm System to name a few.

    With this addition, Rajkot, now has a total of 109 air-conditioned electric buses. Aanchal Jain, CEO, PMI Electro Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd said, “We are deeply grateful to the officials at Rajkot Municipal Corporation, for flagging off the electric buses and inaugurating the Gondal Charging Station. This milestone is pivotal in our journey towards safer, cleaner, and greener transportation, contributing significantly to our nation’s ambitious Net Zero mission.”
