Rajesh Power Services has announced the receipt of two domestic orders with a combined value of Rs 34.37 crore from different entities.
The first order, worth Rs 21.57 crore, has been given by Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL) for SCADA readiness and fixing Ring Main Units (RMUs), along with a Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC), in the Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, and Rajkot circles of PGVCL. The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months.
The second order, worth Rs 12.80 crore, has been received from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (RVPNL). The contract involves changing the existing 220kV double-circuit Jodhpur-CHB transmission line to a 220kV underground cable system, which includes installing monopoles at Jodhpur. The project is expected to be executed within a period of nine months.
The company stated that both contracts are domestic in nature and do not involve related-party transactions. It further clarified that neither its promoters nor any members of the promoter group have any interest in the award of these contracts.
Rajesh Power Services provides consultancy services to state transmission and distribution companies, private utilities, and industrial customers. On a full-year basis, the company reported a 48.19% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 143.20 crore, supported by a 51.85% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 1,627.94 crore in FY26 compared with FY25.
