In his new job, Raman will work on strategic initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and expanding the company’s operations to keep up with its growth.

Battery Smart is actively expanding its reach and strengthening its role in the EV battery swapping space right now, which is when he was hired.
Experienced Leadership Across Domains
Raman S. has a lot of experience in customer success, business strategy, and program management. Before joining Battery Smart, he worked for ARPflow.ai as Head of Customer Success and General Manager – Customer Success, where he was in charge of customer success.
He also worked with Servify, where he led B2B initiatives and analytics-driven programs, contributing to business growth and operational improvements.
Strong Foundation in Technology and Analytics
Earlier in his career, Raman gained valuable experience working with Zynga and Cubical Laboratories, building a strong foundation in product development, analytics, and technology-led operations.
Battery Smart wants to improve its strategic and operational skills even more with this hire. This will help the company grow in India’s changing electric mobility ecosystem.
