Redington, Eastman Unite to Power India’s Solar Future

Redington Limited, a Fortune India 500 technology solutions provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Eastman Auto & Power Limited to distribute a comprehensive range of solar solutions across India. This collaboration aims to enhance nationwide access to high-quality, Made-in-India solar inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems (ESS), accelerating the country’s clean energy transition.

Eastman Auto & Power Limited is a trusted name in the energy sector, known for manufacturing solar modules, inverters, lithium batteries, and other energy storage solutions. With this partnership, Redington will leverage its vast distribution network to ensure the seamless availability of Eastman’s solar products throughout the country, supporting the Government of India’s Atma Nirbhar Bharat and PM Surya Ghar Yojana initiatives.

Pradeep Srikanthan, Business Head, Redington Solar, expressed pride in onboarding an indigenous solar solutions provider aligned with national energy and manufacturing goals. “Redington has enabled more than 3 GW of solar installations across India and serves over 5,000 solar system integrators. With Eastman’s products now in our portfolio, we can better support the Make in India movement and empower our partners with subsidy-eligible solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana,” he said.

Highlighting Eastman’s strengths, Shekhar Singal, Managing Director, Eastman Auto & Power Limited, stated, “We are delighted to collaborate with Redington, a leader in tech distribution. This partnership will make solar energy solutions more accessible and reliable. With a strong manufacturing ecosystem and an extensive service network, Eastman is fully prepared to contribute to India’s solar mission.”

This collaboration between Redington and Eastman combines Eastman’s cutting-edge solar technologies, including solar inverters, lithium batteries, and solar panels, with Redington’s proven capabilities in solar project distribution, both rooftop and ground-mounted. Together, they aim to deliver integrated and future-ready solar energy solutions across urban and rural India.

The partnership marks a significant milestone in scaling India’s solar infrastructure and fostering a self-reliant, sustainable energy future.
