Goa Floats 300 MW Solar with 900 MWh BESS Tender Under BOOT Model

Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order worth ₹13.80 crore from a reputed Independent Power Producer (IPP)/EPC company for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules. The order is scheduled for execution by February 2026, reinforcing Saatvik’s strong market position in India’s rapidly expanding solar module manufacturing sector.

Prashant Mathur, CEO of Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said:
“We are delighted to secure this significant order from a leading IPP/EPC player. This win is a testament to the quality, reliability, and technological excellence of our solar PV modules. As India accelerates its renewable energy transition, Saatvik remains committed to delivering world-class solar solutions that power the nation’s clean energy ambitions.”

Recent Order Wins and Market Momentum

This latest order adds to Saatvik Green Energy’s impressive order book, including:

  • ₹20.84 crore turnkey solar EPC contract by subsidiary Saatvik Cleantech EPC Private Limited
  • ₹486 crore solar module supply order from a leading IPP/EPC player
  • Solar pump orders totaling ₹30.24 crore from MSEDCL under the PM-KUSUM scheme

These contracts underline growing confidence in Saatvik’s product quality, delivery capabilities, and technological expertise.

Manufacturing Expansion and Vertical Integration

On the manufacturing front, Saatvik has commissioned a 2 GW in-house ethylene propylene elastomer (EPE) film manufacturing facility, strengthening vertical integration and supporting the Make in India initiative. Saatvik operates a 4.8 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana, and is developing a greenfield integrated manufacturing facility in Odisha with planned capacities of 4 GW for modules and 4.8 GW for solar cells.

This latest order highlights Saatvik Green Energy’s continued growth trajectory and reinforces its commitment to high-quality solar solutions while contributing to India’s renewable energy targets.
