Saatvik Solar Industries Secures ₹638.26 Crore Order Boosting Growth

Saatvik Green Energy Limited’s subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited announced that it has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 638.26 crores for the supply of advanced Solar Cell G12 R Type modules from a reputed solar modules manufacturer. The order is scheduled to be executed by March 2027.

The supply will leverage advanced G12R TOPCon (DCR) technology, known for its high efficiency and performance in large-scale solar applications. With a cumulative production capacity of up to 600 MWp, the Company continues to scale its manufacturing capabilities to meet rising demand across utility-scale and commercial solar projects. This order also aligns with company’s expansion plans of strengthening its cell manufacturing footprint.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Prashant Mathur, CEO, Saatvik Green Energy Limited, said, “This order reflects the growing industry shift towards high-efficiency solar cell technologies and reaffirms our commitment to supporting India’s clean energy transition through reliable, high-performance solutions. We continue to invest in advanced manufacturing and strengthen our capabilities to meet evolving market requirements.”

The order makes Saatvik even more important in the domestic solar value chain, especially in the fast-growing solar cell market. It also fits with India’s larger goal of becoming more self-sufficient in making renewable energy through the “Make in India” program. Saatvik is still focused on growing its integrated manufacturing footprint and providing long-term growth across the renewable energy sector. It has a lot of orders coming in and is investing in next-generation technologies.

This substantial win highlights increasing demand for high-efficiency, domestically manufactured solar components and underscores strong customer confidence in Saatvik’s technological capabilities, quality standards, and execution reliability. The order also strengthens the Company’s forward order book and provides long-term revenue visibility.
