Senvion appoints Shreyas B. Suvarna as New Chief Executive Officer

Senvion has officially announced a significant change in its executive leadership. At this point when Senvion is about to experience another phase of strategic growth. The company’s new Chief Executive Officer is Mr. Shreyas B. Suvarna, replacing the former CEO & Managing Director Mr. Amit Kansal.

Amit Kansal, the outgoing CEO, played a key role in shaping Senvion’s journey and building its strong position in the market. The company has thanked him for his leadership and valuable contributions, and wished him all the best for the future.

With Mr. Suvarna stepping in as CEO, Senvion is choosing to maintain continuity by promoting from within. Previously serving as Vice President and Head of Sales, he brings years of industry experience along with a strong understanding of the company’s operations and the wider energy sector.

His appointment marks an important next move for Senvion, reflecting continuity in leadership, confidence in the future, and a clear intent to build on the momentum already created.

This transition marks a decisive step for Senvion as it reaffirms its commitment to being a leading force in the renewable energy sector.

Senvion is a world-class partner within the international wind industry, with over 25 years of outstanding engineering experience to its credit. It has been hailed as a leading fast-growing company within the Indian wind power industry that has transformed itself from an exclusive research and development center to an energy powerhouse.

Senvion’s footprint in India began in 2015 with the establishment of a dedicated Research and Development center in Bengaluru. Since its inception, the organization has scaled rapidly, now engaging over 1,000 direct and indirect resources across the entire value chain.
