Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has appointed Shivinder Singh Buttar as Vice President and Head of Human Resources, bringing experience in strategic human resource management, organisational development and HR leadership across the renewable energy and solar power sectors.
In his new role, Buttar will draw on his experience in human resource management and organisational development. His professional background includes leadership positions in the solar energy industry, along with experience in business management, career counselling, HR policy development, team management and professional training.
Before joining Servotech, Buttar served as Head of Human Resources at INA SOLAR (Insolation Energy Ltd) and as General Manager – Human Resources at Future Solar. These roles provided him with experience in HR leadership within the renewable energy sector.
Buttar has also founded and directed Soltastic Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and served as Director at The Global Star Training Institute. His responsibilities across these organisations included HR policy development, team management, career counselling and professional training.
His appointment adds to Servotech’s leadership team as the company operates in the renewable energy sector. Buttar’s experience across solar businesses, HR leadership and organisational development forms the background for his new role at the company.
