Servotech Reports Strong Q3FY26 Recovery with Profit Growth Across Key Metrics

Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has announced its Q3FY26 financial results, reporting a strong sequential recovery driven by improved execution efficiency, better cost control, and strategic measures implemented during the previous quarter.

The company, which is listed on the NSE under the ticker SERVOTECH, shared the results following a meeting of its Board of Directors held on January 30, 2026.

Standalone Performance Shows Solid Growth

On a standalone basis, Servotech recorded total revenue of ₹20,239 lakh in Q3FY26, registering a growth of 11.29% compared to ₹18,185.68 lakh in the same quarter last year.

The company’s EBITDA rose sharply by 59.14%, reaching ₹2,702.23 lakh, up from ₹1,698.05 lakh in Q3FY25. Gross profit increased by 68.08% to ₹5,721.06 lakh, reflecting improved operational efficiency and margin discipline.

Profit before tax (PBT) grew by 47.62% to ₹1,932.82 lakh, while profit after tax (PAT) rose by 54.80% to ₹1,470.46 lakh, compared to ₹949.92 lakh in the year-ago period.

Consolidated Results Highlight Margin Expansion

On a consolidated basis, Servotech reported revenue of ₹21,154.06 lakh, marginally lower by 2.44% compared to ₹21,683.19 lakh in Q3FY25. Despite the slight dip in revenue, the company delivered strong profitability growth.

EBITDA increased by 70.19% to ₹2,846.93 lakh, while gross profit surged by 89.8% to ₹6,494.80 lakh. PBT grew by 58.13% to ₹2,027.98 lakh, and PAT rose by 68.83% to ₹1,551.50 lakh.

Commenting on the performance, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director, Servotech Renewable Power System Limited, said the company witnessed a strong turnaround in Q3FY26 after a challenging previous quarter.

He stated that the improvement in profitability was driven by better cost control, a favourable product mix, and improved execution efficiency, following the strategic reset undertaken in Q2FY26.

Bhatia added that the company focused on simplifying operations, strengthening manufacturing execution, and improving cost discipline during the quarter. Going ahead, Servotech plans to continue focusing on disciplined execution and operational efficiency, supported by improved manufacturing throughput and the ongoing execution of institutional projects.
